  • Are pets allowed?
    Service Animals that are specifically trained to aid a disabled person are welcome. In compliance with ADA regulations, emotional support, therapy, and companion animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and will not be permitted into the expo.

  • Are Pets Allowed at my RV if I'm Camping Overnight?
    Yes. If you are camping, your pets must remain at your campsite, confined in your RV when you are not present. You may walk your leashed dog(s) in the vicinity of your campsite only. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after your pet.

  • When is the Saturday Night Extravaganza? Do I need a separate ticket for this event?
    Saturday Night Extravaganza: Seating opens at 6pm / Begins at 7pm This event requires a separate ticket The Marketplace will close at 7pm Saturday Night Extravaganza $10* (Does not include admission to the Horse Expo).
  • Will there be food and drinks?
    Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase by a variety of vendors on the Fairgrounds.
  • Is this a kid-friendly event?
    Yes. There will be many activity for children of all ages to enjoy, including our "Where's Pepa?" program.
  • What are your entrance policies?
    The following items will NOT be allowed at the Washington State Horse Expo: Weapons of any kind, including knives and all firearms Alcoholic beverages, marijuana and illegal drugs Bicycles, skates, roller blades and skateboards Any item that is deemed by the Safety Inspection Staff to be dangerous. The following actions are NOT allowed: Disruptive behavior or unlawful acts Solicitation, distribution, or selling of product outside of a contracted booth Please note: Appropriate clothing and behavior are required. Personal items brought onto the facilities may be subject to search. Entry constitutes consent to use any film, video, or likeness of bearer for any purpose whatsoever without payment to bearer. All events are rain or shine. We reserve the right to enact policy changes at any time. Persons entering the facility assume all risks incidental to the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating any law or policy. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in public buildings, or within 25 feet of building entrances, exits, windows that open and ventilation intakes. The event offers dedicated smoking areas. Persons grant permission to have their image and/or likeness reproduced and Sponsor promotional and/or advertising purposes and/or by the media in photography or broadcasts of any nature.
